Porridge for one

1) Measure 1/3 of a mug of porridge oats.  
Tip them into a bowl.

2)

Measure 1/2 of a mug of milk. Pour into bowl.


3)

Put bowl into microwave and cook on full power for 3 minutes.

4) Take bowl out of microwave and it’s ready to eat.
5) You can add extra milk, fruit, honey, jam, sugar, yoghurt or golden syrup.
