Mediterranean Pasta Salad

You will need
Penne Pasta  Palma Ham  Sunblush
tomatoes
Red Wine Vinegar Olive Oil  Green Olives

 

1) Put a pan of water on to boil
2) When the water boils add the pasta and a little olive oil.
Let the pasta cook for 6 minutes
3)

Cut the Parma ham into  small pieces

4) Cut the sun blush tomatoes and green olives into small pieces
5)

When the pasta is cooked drain it well and put it in a large bowl

6) Add the chopped ham, tomatoes and olives and mix well.
7) Pour 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a cup.
8) Mix well with a fork and add some black pepper.  Pour this over the pasta salad and serve.

If you like spicy food, Chilli stuffed olives are great with this salad!  

If not try green olives with herbs!
