| 1) | Carefully open a tin of mackerel fillets. |

| 2) | Empty the fillets into a bowl and mash them up with a fork. |

| 3) | Put two pieces of bread in the toaster and toast. |

Lay your toast on a baking tray and spread the mackerel mix over the toast. |

Put the tray under a hot grill for 3 minutes to warm the mackerel. It is now read to eat. |

You can buy mackerel fillets in tomato sauce, spicy tomato sauce or curry sauce. They are all great! Serve with some salad and tomatoes. |
