| 1) | Pull 4 celery sticks off and wash them in the sink. Make sure you wash off all the dirt. |

| 6) | Measure out 1 dessert spoon of olive oil and 1 dessert spoon of white wine vinegar and pour these over the apple, celery and walnuts. Add black pepper to taste. |
