Apple Celery Walnut salad


1) Pull 4 celery sticks off and wash them in the sink.  Make sure you wash off all the dirt.
2)

Dry the sticks and chop them into bite sized pieces.

3)

Wash 1 apple and chop it in half and then quarters (1/4)

4) Cut out the apple core and slice the apple into bite sized pieces – be careful not to cut your fingers!
5) Put the celery and apple pieces into a bowl and mix in the walnut pieces
6) Measure out 1 dessert spoon of olive oil and 1 dessert spoon of white wine vinegar and pour these over the apple, celery and walnuts.  Add black pepper to taste. 

Your salad is now ready to eat! – Enjoy!

This salad is great with a piece of cooked chicken or ham and a baked potato
