The Go Group NOTICE BOARD

Who are we

We are a Group of self advocates who meet at OPAL every week on a Friday at 10:00 o'clock

FRIDAY

We have our own Board of Management and our own bank account.

What do we do

We have meetings and talk about things we want to do and when we want to do them, then we organise them.

Here are some of the thinks that we do:

Film nights --- In the OPAL drop in.
Workshops --- Some are serious and some are fun!
Campaigns --- Aiming to make things better for people who have learning disability.
Going to Partnership Board meetings.
Discos --- One of the group is a fantastic DJ!
Wheel + Walking outings --- [Accessible to all]
Consultations --- These are for anyone who needs one!
Fund raising --- Sponsored events and Fairs.
Parties --- We don't need a reason there are just good fun.
